Main areas of work:

  • Lead generation
  • E-Mail and phone sales
  • Development of business pipeline
  • Seek out suitable candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
  • Candidate growth and management – using the most appropriate channels to communicate effectively e.g. telephone or digital platforms
  • Arrange interviews
  • Updating, reviewing and maintaining the database

Entry Requirements:

GCSE English and Maths A*-C/4-9 or level 2 equivalents
