We are helping one of the UK’s brightest technology startups grow their team in London. 2017 has been an amazing year and now they need a results-driven Customer Success Executive to engage, retain, and enable our customers to fully utilize their solutions. As a CSE, you will be the primary advocate for each customer post sale. You will be guiding them along a path to success and engaging resources to accelerate value realization for each customer. The ideal candidate will be as passionate about providing an exceptional experience for every customer.  


To be a successful Customer Success Executive, the ideal candidate will:

  • Experience of being in a client facing role
  • Be ruthlessly focused on delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Be able to spot growth and up-selling opportunities within accounts
  • Be comfortable on boarding and managing post-sales activities
  • Be the “go to person” for all ongoing support and sales needs
  • Keen to learn and open to growing yourself
  • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills
