Neil has spent (almost) his entire career in tech recruitment. The impersonal, transactional nature of recruitment never sat well with Neil and he knew there must be a more personal way to help connect tech talent with amazing careers.

So, in 2016 he took the plunge and set up Noa with that goal squarely in mind.
