We are helping an innovative technology business scale their Software team in in the UK.

They are on a mission to simplify compliance and digital transformation in construction.

Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a Head of Engineering to join their team.

This role would suit a Head of Engineering who is accountable for engineering execution, delivery performance, and technical architecture across their software, hardware, and AI platforms.     

This role is Remote First within the UK.

To be a successful, the ideal Head of Engineering candidate will have:

·        Senior engineering leadership experience in a SaaS, platform, or technology-led environment.

·        Deep understanding of modern data architectures

·        Proven track record of leading and scaling teams across multiple technical disciplines.

·        Comfortable operating at management and board level.
