We are helping an innovative technology business scale their Software team in in the UK.

Their software powers some of the worlds leading consumer brands across the banking, digital commerce and retail experience software space.

Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a Lead Software Developer to join their team.

This role would suit a Lead Software Developer who can work on critical projects and have strong background in cloud and software est practice. You will be someone who can lead their adoption of AI across their dev team.   

This role is Hybrid within the UK. The team work in the Northampton office x3 days per week.

To be a successful, the ideal Lead Software Developer candidate will have:

·        A strong background across the .NET stack

·        Strong experience of AI

·        Experience of leading a team of developers

·        Secure by Default
