We are helping an innovative technology business scale their team in in the UK.

Their CCaaS software powers some of the worlds leading consumer brands across the banking, digital commerce and retail experience software space.

Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need an Solutions Engineer to join their team.

This is a contract role would suit a Solutions Engineer who has demonstratable experience of the CCaaS space combined with excellent client facing skills and some coding experience (Python or Javascript) .

This role is remote within the UK - or you can use their London office.

To be a successful, the ideal Solutions Engineer candidate will have:

·        A very strong background in the CCaaS or CX space

·        Demonstratable experience of working with customers to understand needs

·        Experience of coding in Python or JavaScript.

·        Strong communication and client management skills
