Programme Manager – Hybrid (Buckinghamshire) - 65k

Due to continued growth, our client who specialise in IT Services are looking for a Programme Manager to join their team.

This role is a hybrid role within the UK.  The office is based in Buckinghamshire and you would be required to attend the office 2/3dpw. 

As a successful Programme Manager in the Research & Development (R&D) team, your role is pivotal in steering the direction of innovative projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing diverse and interconnected R&D projects to guarantee they align with the company's strategic roadmap, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating closely with the Chief Products Officer and Vice President of Technology to align projects with the company's strategic goals and business objectives.
  • Generating detailed program reports for senior stakeholders and the broader company audience, highlighting progress, milestones, and challenges.
  • Proactively identifying and communicating potential project overruns and resource allocation issues to the senior leadership team.
  • Utilising data and analytics to accurately forecast future resourcing needs, ensuring project sustainability and efficiency.
  • Managing relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure their contributions are in sync with project timelines and resource expectations.
  • Supervising senior project managers within the Professional Services division, overseeing customer-focused and custom project deliveries.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration across projects and teams to create alignment and collective success.
