Service Desk Manager – Hybrid UK - £55000

 

We are helping an innovative tech business scale their cloud software team.

Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a Service Desk Manager to meet demand for their products.

 

This role would suit a seasoned Service Desk Manager who has a desire to work in in a growing MSP. .

The Service Desk Manager will lead a strong, well established support team..

 

This role is Hybrid within the UK. The team work in the Northampton office x3 times per month.

 

To be a successful, the ideal Service Desk Manager candidate will have:

·        A strong career background in support / service desk

·        Hands on experience leading and managing a team

·        Experience of Azure and the MS suite is a must

·        Excellent communications and commercial skills
