We are helping an innovative technology business scale their team in in the UK.

Their software powers some of the worlds leading consumer brands across the banking, digital commerce and retail experience software space.

Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a HALO Specialist to join their team.

This is a contract role (outside of IR35) and would suit a HALO Specialist who has demonstratable experience of deploying and configuring HALO to create a shared ITSM environment.

 This role is Remote within the UK - the office is in Milton Keynes should you wish to use it.

To be a successful, the ideal HALO Specialist candidate will have:

·        A strong background in HALO and wider ITSM

·        Good HALO requirements gathering and documentation experience.

·        Strong HALO integration dn deployment experience.  

·        Strong communication and ability to work with cross functional teams.
