We are helping an innovative technology business scale their team in in the UK.

Their software powers some of the worlds leading consumer brands across the banking, digital commerce and retail experience software space.

Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a Sales Team Manager to join their team.

This role would suit a Sales Team Manager who has demonstratable experience of line managing and leading a team of high performing sales people in a B2B environment.

This role is Hybrid within the UK - the office is in Northampton and the team meet three times per week.

To be a successful, the ideal Sales Team Manager candidate will have:

·        A strong background in B2B sales.

·        Background in selling within regulated markets (finance / telecoms / energy)

·        Full line management experience

·        Strong communication and take a proactive approach to leadership.
